科研小組的學生王睿在一次試驗中穿越到2050年見到未來的自己，未來世界因生物機器人異變而面臨巨大的危機，為了解決這一問題，王睿回到2015潛心研究，然而研究成果卻被同伴盜用。為了解決同伴與自己的心結，王睿再次穿越回2005年，欲從源頭挽回一切。待一切軌跡被改寫，生物機器人危機卻依舊未解決。這時王睿才從蛛絲馬跡中發現，未來的自己是否并非真實的自己。摯愛之人只是牽線木偶，光明的未來化為泡影，王睿究竟該如何挽回自己的人生？又該如何解決人類的危機？
